TaxStats Ltd (Company Registration Number: 10445962) is a Manchester-based accounting practice and technology company. We were founded to bridge the gap between traditional accounting and modern technology — because we believed that UK businesses deserved better tools than spreadsheets and paper forms.
The TaxStats platform was born from real-world frustration. As practicing accountants, we spent years dealing with clunky software, manual data entry, and disconnected systems. We knew that if we built the software ourselves — with the same attention to detail we bring to our clients' accounts — we could create something transformative.
Today, the TaxStats platform handles Self Assessment, Corporation Tax, VAT, payroll, bookkeeping, annual accounts, and more — all from a single, AI-powered interface.
