Can I switch plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a contract?+
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable, but you can downgrade at renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Direct Debit is available for annual plans. All payments are processed securely.
Are there annual billing discounts?+
Yes. Self Assessment is £8.99/month or £89/year (save £18.88), with a £1/month introductory rate for your first 6 months. Starter is £29/month or £290/year (save £58). Business is £49/month or £490/year (save £98). Business Pro is £79/month or £790/year (save £158). Annual billing always gives you the best value.
Is there a free trial?+
Self Assessment starts at £1/month for your first 6 months (card required at sign-up), then £8.99/month — there is no separate free trial. All Business and Practice plans come with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?+
When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account automatically moves to the Free tier. You won't lose any data — you just won't be able to access premium features until you upgrade.
