The same platform is also sold as software: on a Business plan you keep the books, and a step-by-step year-end journey takes you from your ledger to approved accounts filed with Companies House and a CT600 filed with HMRC, under your own Government Gateway login. Nothing is filed without your approval, and nobody but you reviews it. A dormant company can file its dormant accounts and nil CT600 itself for one fee a year.
